I was brought onto the film to create a flag for a decaying futuristic North American society. The production needed a flag to proceed with wardrobe and various other sets. Director Larry Charles asked that random states and provinces be removed from North America to create “New-merica.” The final artwork was also used on the soundtrack by Bob Dylan.
